Enemy shelling of the Chaplyne station took the life of Zinaida's daughter Svitlana. The woman was only 42 years old, and she, like her mother, who had already retired, worked on the railway. And although the missile attack was on the railway infrastructure, Svitlana died not at work, but at home. Zinaida learned about the death of her daughter from her son-in-law. The woman was doing household chores when he ran in bleeding. The man had an injured arm and open wounds of internal organs. He said that when the russian shell arrived, which exploded the train, Svitlana was standing at the window of their house. She died instantly. Her body was so mutilated that she was buried in a closed coffin.
Svitlana's middle son, Oleh, also suffered from that terrible terrorist attack. The 15-year-old boy has wounds to his arms and abdomen. The younger child, Bohdana, 12-year-old, was also in the house at the time of the explosion, but in the far room. And the fact that she was not seriously injured is a real miracle. The elder son, Dmytro, who is 18 years old, although not physically injured, suffered a lot psychologically. It was he who, together with a friend, had to take his mother's body outside in a sheet. All children are now in a serious psychological condition. Their father is still in hospital; he has serious problems with his hands. The family cannot return to Chaplyne, because there is nowhere to go. Their house is completely destroyed.
