The train, in which Maksym worked as a conductor, was fired upon by the russian occupiers. A fragment of an enemy missile passed through his entire body, miraculously leaving him alive. It happened at the beginning of September nearby Pokrovsk in Donetsk region. Maxim was immediately sent to the hospital in Vinnytsia. He was treated, discharged, and suddenly the man began to lose consciousness. Now Maxim is being looked after by his closest relatives - his wife, mother and two children.
Doctors say that Maxim needs long-term rehabilitation. And when the man, who has been working on the railway for 20 years, will be able to return to work, doctors do not give forecasts at the moment.
