How to become a donor?
A simple process that takes about an hour of your time.

1. Preparation
Familiarize yourself with detailed donation information, requirements, and restrictions.

2. Medical Examination
Undergo a quick medical check-up and blood test to determine blood type and Rh factor.

3. Blood Donation
The blood donation procedure takes 10-15 minutes. You donate 450 ml of blood.

4. Rest
15-20 minutes of rest with tea and cookies to restore strength.
Donor Guidelines

Key requirements
- Age 18 to 65
- Weight over 50 kg
- No chronic diseases
- At least 2 months since previous donation

Temporary restrictions
- Cold - 2 weeks after recovery
- Vaccination - 1 month
- Tattoo/piercing - 6 months
- Surgery - 6 months

Donation procedure
Blood donation in Ukraine is a safe and voluntary procedure taking about 10–15 minutes. Before donating, the donor undergoes a medical examination and testing. Donors receive a day off and the possibility of a free lunch.
