On the night of October 27th, an enemy attack on Kyiv brought tragedy to the family of our colleagues.

A direct hit destroyed the apartment in the Lisovyi Massif (Bratyslavska St.) that a family of railway workers was renting. Our colleagues, Danylo PerekHrest (Lead Engineer of the NAS Department) and Tetyana PerekHrest (Lead Engineer of the E Department), along with their 15-year-old daughter Anna, lost absolutely everything in an instant. The PerekHrest family are IDPs (internally displaced persons) from Lyman, having evacuated in 2022.

All their property was completely burned. The family miraculously escaped but was left without clothes or the most essential items.
