Free Rehabilitation in Kharkiv
Ukrzaliznytsia, in cooperation with the Interregional Specialized Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Kharkiv, continues to implement a program of free outpatient rehabilitation.
The program is available to employees of branches and units located within the service area of the Southern Railway. Priority is given to our military personnel who received wounds or injuries in combat zones, have demobilized, and have returned (or plan to return) to work.
9 Ukrzaliznytsia employees have already used this opportunity, and 4 more colleagues are currently undergoing consultations to create individual recovery programs.

"I am currently undergoing rehabilitation after a stroke at the 'Likar Poruch' (Doctor Nearby) center. I am pleasantly surprised by the doctors' attitude and the effectiveness of the therapy. Every day I come for magnetotherapy procedures and work out on machines to strengthen muscles — it takes about an hour in total, but the result is already noticeable. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. It is good that we have the opportunity to visit this center," shared Oleksandr Bieliaiev, a locomotive instructor at the Kharkiv-Sortuvalnyi Locomotive Depot.
This is another step to ensure our colleagues — especially veterans, military personnel, and railway workers injured due to hostilities or enemy attacks at the workplace — can receive high-quality and timely rehabilitation.

The Interregional Specialized Diagnostic and Treatment Center provides assistance in the following areas:
-
Recovery from blast injuries;
-
Spinal injuries (without spinal cord function impairment);
-
Dislocations and fractures of limbs and large joints;
-
Post-joint replacement recovery (endoprosthetics);
-
Rehabilitation after cardiac interventions.
