Honoring the Heroes of the Lozova Junction
Employees of the "Southern Railway" regional branch were recently honored for their dedication in maintaining critical infrastructure and their vital role in recovering from the shelling of the Lozova railway junction on August 5, 2025.
Honorary certificates were awarded to Oleh Ivchenko, Senior Electromechanic of the Lozova Signaling and Communications Division, and Serhii Shulhinov, Track Foreman of the Lozova Track Division. Additionally, 10 other employees received letters of gratitude.
Despite difficult conditions, our colleagues acted swiftly to restore operations. They switched to manual traffic control at the station and carried out extensive emergency repair work. Thanks to their coordinated and professional actions, critical infrastructure was quickly restored, ensuring uninterrupted train movement and the stable operation of Ukrzaliznytsia.
