On November 15, the state launched the "Winter Support" program. Everyone currently located in Ukraine is eligible to receive a one-time payment of 1,000 UAH via the Diia app.

How to receive the payment:

1. Install or update the Diia app.

2. Go to the Services section and select "Winter eSupport" (Zymova ePidtrymka).

3. Review the terms and select the recipient.

4. Choose the card where the funds will be credited.

5. Confirm that you are currently in Ukraine and submit your application.

Note: For pensioners and social benefit recipients who receive payments via Ukrposhta, funds will be credited automatically to the same account where they receive their pension or aid.

Important: Cash withdrawals are not allowed, as these funds are earmarked for specific purposes. However, they can be used for various services, including charity.
