Oleksandr Osypchuk

Oleksandr lived in the village of Zelenyi Hai in Bukovyna. He worked as a guard on the railway in the Chernivtsi railway division.

With the onset of Russia's full-scale invasion, the railway worker took up arms to defend the country.

38-year-old Oleksandr Osypchuk was fatally wounded on February 11, 2023, while carrying out a combat mission near the village of Bilohorivka in the Sievierodonetsk district of Donetsk region.

The defender was posthumously awarded the Order of "For Courage" of the III degree. In his honor, a memorial plaque was ceremoniously unveiled at the Zelenohai Lyceum.

Oleksandr is survived by his mother and two daughters.
