Mykola Hryhorovych Tishkov worked as a locomotive engineer at the "Shepetivka Locomotive Depot" of the "Locomotive Company" branch. A professional with over twenty-six years of experience, he tragically lost his life on April 30, 2026, while defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine during combat operations aimed at ensuring national security and defense, and repelling the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. Mykola Hryhorovych was an experienced railway worker, a kind, compassionate, and dedicated individual. While carrying out combat missions, he always remained true to his oath, demonstrating discipline, diligence, and perseverance in achieving his goals.
By nature, he was composed, self-critical, and cheerful. He earned well-deserved respect and authority within his team. In everyday life, he was honest, sincere, and polite in his interactions with others.
His name will forever remain in the memory of railway workers who had the honor of working alongside him.
