Volodymyr BILOKIN

Volodymyr was born in the village of Zelenaya Dolina in the Donetsk region and lived in the city of Lysychansk in the Luhansk region. In 1987, he began working on the railway as a train dispatcher at the Novozolotarivka station of the Donetsk Railway.

During his time at work, Volodymyr established himself as disciplined, hardworking, and demanding of himself and his colleagues. He dedicated 35 years of his life to his profession.

Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Bilokin tragically lost his life on June 29, 2022, as a result of enemy shelling. He attempted to take shelter in the building of the EC post, but unfortunately, the enemy attack claimed the life of the railway worker.

Volodymyr is survived by adult children.

The team of the regional branch "Donetsk Railway" of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" mourns together with Volodymyr's loved ones. This experienced train dispatcher, who dedicated more than three decades to the railway, met a tragic end. His diligence and commitment to his work will remain in the memory of his colleagues.
