Yevheniy ABLAYEV

Yevhenii Ablaiev was born in the city of Chernihiv. He graduated from the Chernihiv Professional Railway Transport College. In 2010, he began his journey in railway transport at the Chernihiv motor-car depot. Since February 2022, he held the position of electric train driver. He dedicated 14 years of his life to the railway.

On August 28, 2024, Yevhenii was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served on the front lines in the Donetsk direction.

Unfortunately, on August 28, 2025, Yevhenii was killed while performing a combat mission near the village of Zoloty Kolodets in the Pokrovsk district of Donetsk region.

Friends and colleagues remember him as polite, communicative, and decent. Colleagues respected him for his honesty and diligence. Yevhenii believed in the victory of good over evil. He defended the freedom and independence of his homeland. He approached his duties responsibly and was conscientious and reliable. He could always be counted on.

Yevhenii is survived by his mother, Valentyna Vasylivna. We express our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.

The memory of Yevhenii will always live in our hearts. Eternal peace to his soul and honor to his Hero!
