Sergiy KRUKOVSKYI

In 2003, Serhiy graduated from the Chernihiv Vocational Railway Transport College. He worked on the railway for 18 years, serving as a trackman in the Chernihiv track maintenance unit.

37-year-old Serhiy Krukovskyi was killed on April 3, 2022, in his native village of Lhiv in Chernihiv Oblast. He stepped on a landmine while returning home from work. The village had been under occupation for some time, and the enemy left behind many mines.

Colleagues remember Serhiy as a kind, decent, and modest person.

Serhiy is survived by his mother and brothers.

The team at the Chernihiv track maintenance unit of the regional branch "South-Western Railway" of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" deeply mourns the tragic loss of their colleague, Serhiy Krukovskyi. He was a good and honorable trackman who dedicated 18 years to the railway. Eternal memory to the innocent victim!
