Andrii BILOKIN
Andriy Bilokin was born in the village of Bozhkove in the Poltava region. He lived in the village of Petrivka. He graduated from the Kharkiv Railway Transport Technical School, specializing in "Operation and Repair of Rolling Stock on Railway Transport," training as an electromechanical technician.
In 1995, he began working on the railway as an electrician at the Sumy signaling and communication distance, and later became a senior electromechanical technician at the Poltava signaling and communication distance of the Southern Railway.
On February 28, 2023, Andriy was mobilized. He served in Zaporizhzhia, in the 2nd division of reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles of the special purpose 6th operational battalion.
49-year-old soldier Andriy Bilokin was killed on August 8, 2024, while performing a combat mission near the village of Yurkiivka in the Zaporizhzhia region due to the use of an FPV drone by the enemy. He sustained injuries that were incompatible with life.
Andriy is remembered by his loved ones as compassionate, positive, responsible, and always willing to help. His colleagues remember him as a professional in his field, an optimist, and a caring father.
Andriy is survived by his wife, son, and two daughters.
