Artem HOLUB

Artem was born in Dnipro. He spent 19 years of his life working in the railway industry. In 2004, he joined the railway family as a trackman, and in 2021, he became a third-class shooter in the Dnipro unit of the militarized security service.

In March 2022, Artem could not stand aside and enlisted in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He remained faithful to his military oath until the end and bravely defended his country.

Artem Holub was killed on January 8, 2023, while performing combat missions in the fight for our homeland in Donetsk, demonstrating resilience and courage.

Colleagues remember him as a dedicated, disciplined, and responsible worker who was always ready to help.

For his personal bravery and selfless actions, he was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage III degree.

Artem is survived by his wife Yulia and son Ilya.

The team of the Dnipro unit of the militarized security service of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" honors the memory of their colleague with deep sorrow and respect. His heroism, recognized by the Order of Courage, and the irreparable loss for his wife and son is our eternal duty to remember.
