Lydmila SUPRUNOVA
Ludmila dedicated half of her life to the railway, working as a worker in the iduustrial baths of the Slavyansk locomotive depot.
After graduating from the Slavyansk Technical School in 2002, she began working at the Slavyansk locomotive depot. Ludmila's parents, Oleksandr Dmytrovych and Liubov Volodymyrivna Reshtak, also worked there.
Colleagues remember Ludmila as a hardworking, decent person who diligently fulfilled her professional duties. She was cheerful, bright, interesting, had a sense of humor, and was easy to communicate and work with, always ready to help. Family and friends emphasize her kindness. She was a good housewife and a caring mother. She loved cooking, keeping things clean, foraging for mushrooms in the forest, and taking care of her family.
The life of 42-year-old Ludmila Suprunova was tragically cut short on December 6, 2025, as a result of a Shahed attack at her home in Slavyansk, Donetsk region, late in the evening. The house and the car in the yard were completely destroyed, and by a miracle, her husband and younger son survived. They now need housing and household items.
Ludmila is survived by her husband Oleksandr, born in 1982, and two sons – the elder Ruslan, 22 years old, and the younger Yegor, 15 years old, who was injured in the attack (chest contusion).
The team at the Slavyansk locomotive depot of the "Locomotive Company" branch of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" mourns the memory of Ludmila Suprunova with profound sorrow and expresses condolences to the family of the deceased.
