Natalia Kashara
On June 12, 2026, the life of our colleague was tragically cut short due to a drone strike on the building of the EC post at the Tereshchenska station while she was performing her official duties.
Natalia Serhiivna was born on January 22, 1982, in the city of Sukhinichi, Kaluga region.
In 2002, she joined the large railway family, beginning her professional journey as a trainee operator at the centralization post at the Khutir-Mykhailivskyi station.
Throughout her years of work, Natalia Serhiivna earned the well-deserved respect of her colleagues and management.
She was a sincere, kind, and compassionate person with an open heart. She always found warm words of support, was there during difficult times, and helped and inspired others.
A special place in her life was occupied by her love for flowers. She tenderly cultivated them, creating islands of beauty, comfort, and harmony around her—just like her soul.
Natalia is survived by her husband, a daughter born in 2003, and a son born in 2009.
For them, this is an indescribable pain and an irreparable loss… A pain that we all share.
The bright memory of Natalia Serhiivna—her kindness, sincerity, caring nature, and zest for life—will forever remain in the hearts of her family, friends, and colleagues.
The team of the Konotop region station service deeply mourns this irreparable loss and extends heartfelt condolences to her family and loved ones.
Eternal memory and honor…
