Oleksandr Yevtyeyev
Oleksandr lived in the village of Olyanytsia in the Vinnytsia region. In October 1994, he joined the railway service, dedicating 28 years to it. He worked as the head of the department of the military security team at the Kryshynivka station in the Znamianka military security unit. He was respected and trusted by his colleagues and is remembered as a responsible worker.
Having combat experience as part of the ATO forces, on February 25, 2022, from the first days of the full-scale aggression, Senior Lieutenant Oleksandr joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where he bravely defended Ukraine against enemy assaults.
Senior Lieutenant Oleksandr Serhiyovych passed away on November 16, 2022, in a hospital in Dnipro from severe wounds sustained on October 21, 2022, in Donetsk while performing his military duty.
His loved ones remember him as a bright, kind, and sincere person who was always ready to help. His life path is an example of dignity, hard work, and humanity.
Oleksandr is survived by his wife.
The team of the Znamianka military security unit of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" mourns the memory of their colleague with deep sorrow. He defended Ukraine from assaults in Donetsk and died from serious injuries. His courage, dignity, and unwavering kindness are our moral compass. Eternal memory and honor to our Hero!
