Ruslan BAIBARZA

Ruslan was born in the village of Yuliyampil in the Vinnytsia region. In January 2006, he began working on the railway as a tiler at the Zhmerinka civil structures and water supply division. Due to his diligence, he quickly advanced his qualification level from a 2nd to a 5th category tiler. In 2020, he obtained a degree in construction technology from the Vinnytsia Transport College through distance learning.

Colleagues remembered Ruslan as a friendly, honest, conscientious, and disciplined worker who constantly sought to improve his knowledge and approached tasks creatively. He was actively involved in the reconstruction of the Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi railway station and other important projects. For his dedicated work, Ruslan was repeatedly recognized and was awarded the "Young Person of the Year" certificate in 2012.

When the aggressor country began its full-scale invasion, Ruslan voluntarily became one of the first to defend our state. On March 1, 2022, he was called up to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, serving as a soldier in a machine gun crew.

Soldier Ruslan was killed on May 26, 2022, while performing a combat mission in the Avdiivka direction.

He was posthumously awarded the Order of "For Courage" of the III degree.

The team at the Zhmerinka civil structures and water supply division of the regional branch "South-Western Railway" of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" honors the memory of their colleague. This highly qualified tiler and construction technician rebuilt key railway facilities. His diligence, kindness, and courage, recognized by the Order, serve as an eternal example of patriotism.
