Yana FISINA
Yana Mykolayivna Fisina was born in Kharkiv. In 2006, she graduated from the "Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport." She was the winner of the international competition "Conductor 2012."
She dedicated over 12 years of her life to the railway. From 2013 to 2018, she worked in the Kharkiv division of the "Ukrainian High-Speed Railway Company" of JSC "Ukrainian Railways" as a steward (senior). Since 2019, she served as an instructor for train crews, and from 2024, she was an instructor for train crews in the passenger service division of the "High-Speed Depot" of the "Passenger Company" branch of JSC "Ukrainian Railways."
On March 27, 2023, she was released from work due to military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Yana was killed on May 11, 2025, while defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine during a combat mission in the Kharkiv region.
Her colleagues remember her as a reliable friend and a true professional; she was the soul of the team, a mentor in difficult times. She was kind, sweet, caring, and sincere, always supportive in everything, rejoicing in our successes and helping us through hardships. She loved nature, flowers, music, and reading. She was our sunshine, illuminating our path.
She is survived by her husband and two children. Her parents are left without their loving daughter.
