Oleksandr Kucheruk
Oleksandr was born on July 25, 1980, in the village of Semenky, Vinnytsia region. He worked on the railway for 10 years, holding the position of a released foreman in the repair and mechanical section of the Operational Car Depot in Darnytsia. He was a kind and compassionate person who always came to help others.
On February 25, 2022, he volunteered to defend his homeland. Oleksandr said that his son and other children should grow up in a peaceful country.
42-year-old Private Oleksandr Kucheruk was killed on February 28, 2023, near the village of Dibrivka in the Sievierodonetsk district of Luhansk region.
He was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage III class.
Oleksandr is survived by his wife and son.
