Anatoliy MASOVETS

Anatoliy Masovets was born and lived in the village of Osnytsia in the Rivne region. He studied at Osnytsia Secondary School I-II degrees, which he graduated from in 1999.

After finishing school, he enrolled in Rokytne Vocational Technical School, where he obtained the qualification of "Painter, Bricklayer, Plasterer." In 2003, he entered the Zdolbuniv Vocational Railway Transport College, where he trained as a "Locomotive Assistant." In 2006, he underwent advanced training at the Technical School of Lviv Railway for the profession of "Locomotive Driver." He worked in the production unit "Tomashhorodsky Quarry" of the "Industrial Management Center" branch of Ukrzaliznytsia.

On March 11, 2022, Anatoliy was called up for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a shooter in the 81st Air Assault Brigade.

Kind, calm, generous, decent, polite, and diligent in fulfilling his duties, Anatoliy's colleagues remember him as someone who greatly wanted to have a family.

39-year-old soldier Anatoliy Masovets passed away on April 3, 2024, in a hospital in Dnipro.

Anatoliy is survived by his mother and sister.
