Anatoliy SAMSONOV
Anatoliy was born in the city of Odesa. He dedicated 12 years to the railway, working at the Odesa track maintenance unit, and since September 2021, he served as a released foreman for the current maintenance and repair of tracks and artificial structures of the 5th category at the Kremenchuk track maintenance unit.
His supervisor, Oleksandr Kostenko, remembers him as an honest, decent, and kind person, a disciplined and responsible worker. Anatoliy dreamed of a long and happy life with his wife and daughter.
On March 11, 2022, Anatoliy was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where he exemplified courage and dedication.
Anatoliy was killed on March 23, 2023, while defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine during combat operations in the Donetsk direction.
For his bravery and dedication, he was posthumously awarded the Order of "For Courage" of the III degree.
He is survived by a loving wife and daughter.
