Andriy Holinka

Andriy lived in Kharkiv. He worked as a 5th-grade locksmith in the emergency recovery department of the water supply section at Kharkiv station.

Railway worker Andriy Holinka and his wife were killed on April 10, 2022, in Kharkiv. On that fateful day, they left their home and came under enemy artillery fire. Colleagues and friends describe Andriy as a kind and open person. He was an indispensable specialist and a professional, never shying away from problems; he rushed to resolve emergencies even on weekends. His daughter and wife were the most important people in Andriy's life, and he also loved his work dearly. Despite regular enemy attacks, Andriy continued to work at the onset of the war.

The deceased railway worker is survived by his daughter, parents, and sister.
