Andriy Kyslov
Andriy was born in the Irkutsk region, Zalutsky district, in the village of Delyur. In 1970, he moved with his parents to the city of Popasna, Luhansk region. After finishing school, from 1983 to 1986, he studied at Vocational Technical School No. 85 in the city of Siversk. From 1986 to 1989, he served in the Armed Forces in Afghanistan.
Since 1989, Andriy worked in the structural unit "Popasna Signal and Communication Distance" of the regional branch "Donetsk Railway." He initially held the position of an electrician for the repair and maintenance of signaling and communication devices, and from 1994, he worked as an electromechanic in Group I. In 2011, he graduated from the Artemivsk Railway Transport Technical School through distance learning. During his time at the distance, he established himself as a disciplined, competent, and proactive employee, diligently fulfilling his official duties.
Andriy Pavlovych was killed on April 18, 2022, as a result of shelling in the city of Popasna while in the basement of a multi-story residential building.
Andriy is survived by his family, including his wife and son, who is a person with a disability of the third group.
The team at the Popasna Signal and Communication Distance mourns the loss of their employee, who dedicated three decades to the railway profession. This experienced specialist and veteran carried out his duties with dignity and was known for his responsibility and determination. His life, filled with work and service, was cut short during the bombings in his own home in Luhansk region. We share the indescribable pain of his family: his wife and son. Eternal peace to the worthy railway worker.
