Andriy SHEVCHENKO

Andriy was born on August 29, 1981 (the stated age of 30 years contradicts the date of birth, but we focus on the dates provided in the text) in the village of Akulynivka and lived in the village of Basove in the Kharkiv region. He graduated from vocational school, training as a tractor driver. In 2016, he began working on the railway as a third-class shooter in the security team at the Kharkiv-Pasazhyrskyi station within the Kharkiv militarized security detachment.

On February 24, 2022, Andriy was called up for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

30-year-old Andriy Shevchenko was killed on July 5, 2022, while performing his military duty.

Colleagues remembered Andriy as a diligent, proactive, and hardworking employee who approached his responsibilities with care and dedication. He was respected and held in high regard among his peers.

Andriy is survived by his wife and daughter.
