Bohdan DEMA

Bogdan was born and lived in the town of Yampil. After graduating from the Lyman Vocational Technical School, he started working on the railway in March 2021. He worked as a mechanic in the rolling stock repair section at the Lyman locomotive depot.

Bogdan was a young, promising employee with a strong desire to learn, gain experience, and enhance his professional skills. During his time at work, he established himself as a disciplined and hardworking colleague.

The young railway worker Bogdan was killed on January 20, 2024, during a shelling of his hometown Yampil in the Lyman district of Donetsk region.

The team at the Lyman locomotive depot of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" bows their heads in deep sorrow before Bogdan. Eternal memory to the innocent victim of aggression!
