Dmytro CHUPRYNA

Dmytro was born in the village of Yosypivka, Koziatyn district, Vinnytsia region. In 2020, he joined the railway family. He worked as a track layer of the 3rd category in the Vinnytsia track distance production unit of the regional branch "South-Western Railway."

On October 13, 2023, Dmytro joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Even during short leaves, he found time to meet with his railway friends, asking about work and sharing frontline stories.

Dmytro was killed on September 3, 2024, while defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine during a combat mission in the Kursk region (Russian Federation).

Everyone who had the chance to know Dmytro claimed that he possessed an inner strength that allowed him to always be himself, to be principled, and to stand up for his opinions in various situations.

We express our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. Dmytro is survived by his parents and brothers.

The team of the Vinnytsia track distance mourns the irreparable loss deeply. Our colleague and hero, Dmytro, will forever remain in our hearts as an example of courage and selflessness. Eternal memory and honor to our colleague and hero!
