Dmytro Rozdorskyi

Dmytro was born in the village of Otradne, in the Velykonovosilkivskyi district of Donetsk region. He lived in Myrnohrad, Donetsk. He graduated from Kurakhiv Professional Lyceum. He worked as a trackman of the 3rd category in the track service (PCh-8 Pokrovsk).

Although Dmytro worked on the railway for only 4 months, he managed to prove himself as a hardworking and sociable employee. "Dmytro was kind, caring, loved life and his job," his colleagues recall.

28-year-old railway worker Dmytro Rozdorskyi died on March 7, 2022. On the morning of that fateful day, Dmytro was inspecting the track and triggered an explosion from an unknown object buried under the snow. Unfortunately, the injuries were incompatible with life, and Dmytro died in the hospital.

Dmytro is survived by his wife.

With indescribable sorrow, the track service team (PCh-8 Pokrovsk) of the regional branch "Donetsk Railway" of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" received the news of Dmytro Rozdorskyi's tragic death. His short life, dedicated to working on the railway, was cut short due to the criminal negligence of the enemy. We express our heartfelt condolences to his wife and family and promise to preserve the memory of our young colleague.
