Ihor Parkhomov

Ihor Petrovich Parkhomov was born in the village of Maryanivka, Shyriaivskyi District, Odesa Region. In 2023, he joined the railway family as a worker in forestry operations of the 5th category at the Odesa Division of Protective Forest Plantations of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Production Unit/Kulevchansky Forestry Department (Shop No. 42).

Colleagues remember him as a kind, responsible worker with kind eyes and an open soul. From the very first days, he approached his work with inspiration and dedication.

After three months of working at JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia," on February 27, 2024, Igor Petrovich enlisted in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where he bravely defended his homeland and gave a worthy rebuff to the occupiers.

Ihor Petrovich Parkhomov was killed on June 11, 2024, while defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine during a combat mission in the Donetsk direction.

Ihor Petrovich is survived by his wife.
