Ivan DOROSHENKO

Ivan Doroshenko was born and lived in the city of Lubny, Poltava region. He received a complete general secondary education and trained as a driver. He worked as a trackman of the 3rd category at the Grebinka track maintenance unit of the regional branch "Southern Railway" at the Tarnavshchyna station.

On April 5, 2023, Ivan was mobilized. He served as a driver-electrician.

On December 2, 2024, in the vicinity of the settlement Dachne in the Donetsk region, Ivan was seriously wounded. Medical staff fought for his life for over a month. 33-year-old soldier Ivan Doroshenko passed away from his injuries on January 9, 2025, at the Main Military Clinical Hospital.

Ivan was remembered by his loved ones as calm and balanced; he loved life and was always ready to help others. His family knew him as a loving son, husband, and father.

Ivan is survived by his wife and young son. We express our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.
