Kostyantyn FIUKOV

Kostyantyn was born in the city of Shymsk (USSR), but from the age of two months, he lived in Ukraine, in Mykolaiv region. He graduated from Mykolaiv Vocational College of Transport Infrastructure. He dedicated nearly 15 years to working on the railway, starting as a trackman and later becoming an operator of a flaw detection trolley in the Voznesensk railway division.

After his compulsory service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2009-2010, in January 2023, Kyrylo volunteered for mobilization despite being exempted. He was a wonderful father and husband, always caring for his family, but "could not refrain from defending his country." His beloved remembers him as a bright and kind person who went to liberate our land.

35-year-old Senior Soldier Kostyantyn Fiukov was killed on April 1, 2023, while performing a combat mission near the village of Stupochky in Donetsk region. The soldier will forever be 35 years old.

Posthumously, Kostyantyn was awarded the Order of "For Courage" of the III degree.

Kostyantyn is survived by his wife Liliya and their young daughter.

The team of the Voznesensk railway division of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" mourns and honors the memory of Kyrylo Fiukov. His brave and measured decision to defend his homeland is an example of true patriotism. Glory to the warrior!
