Maxim Bludov was born and lived in the city of Pivdenne in the Kharkiv region. In 2002, he graduated from the Rokytne Vocational Technical School, where he obtained the profession of painter, plasterer, and tile setter. In May 2016, he began working on the railway as a 4th category repair mechanic at the Kharkiv-Sorting track machine station of the regional branch "Southern Railway," which in 2019 became part of the "Center for Track Construction and Repair" branch. From 2017, Maxim worked as a 4th category track installer, and from 2019 until his mobilization, he served as a base guard. His total work experience on the railway was about 8 years.

On November 12, 2024, Maxim took up arms to defend his homeland. He served as part of a mechanized battalion.

40-year-old soldier Maxim Bludov was killed on February 21, 2025, in the vicinity of the settlement Vodyane Druhe in Donetsk region while carrying out a combat mission. He was caught in a mortar shelling and sustained explosive injuries. He will forever remain 40 years old.

Maxim was a kind, positive person, always ready to help. His heart was open to everyone—he knew how to listen and understand, offering support both in words and deeds. Outside of work, Maxim enjoyed construction and fishing. These activities suited his character perfectly: they required patience, provided tranquility, and allowed him to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Maxim was a role model for his sons—he tried to teach them the best not through words, but through his own actions. Through his life, Maxim demonstrated the importance of living with dignity and respecting others. His colleagues remembered him as hardworking, responsible, and a person of his word and deed, someone they could always turn to for advice or support. His character and diligence were an example for his colleagues.

Maxim is survived by his wife and two sons, Denys and Nikita. We express our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.

The team at the Kharkiv-Sorting track machine station of the "Center for Track Construction and Repair" branch deeply mourns the irreparable loss. Eternal memory and honor to our colleague and hero!
