Mykyta KYRYLIEV
Mykyta Kyryliev was born in the village of Chervonyi Oskil in the Kharkiv region and lived in the city of Izium. In 2013, he graduated from the Chuhuiv Professional Lyceum with a specialty in "Universal Machine Operator, CNC Machine Operator." He worked on the railway as a train assembler of the 5th category at the Kurazh station of the "Station Operations Service" production unit.
"There were many plans and hopes, but the full-scale invasion shattered them forever. At the very beginning of the war, the Kyrylyev family had to endure a heavy loss – his mother, Svitlana Vasylivna, was killed during a shelling. Mykyta and his father, Ihor Borysovych, were deeply grieving. They moved to another settlement.
In January 2024, Mykyta joined the army. He was assigned to serve in the tank troops. After completing training and combat preparation, he was assigned to a tank battalion based in the Pokrovsk direction. His comrades remember Mykyta Kyrylyev as a reliable, responsible, friendly, and kind brother-in-arms. He was always ready to help, support, and give sound advice," reported the Chkalove Village Council.
31-year-old Senior Soldier Mykyta Kyryliev was killed on September 29, 2024, while carrying out a combat mission in the vicinity of the settlement of Hrodivka in the Donetsk region.
Colleagues describe Mykyta as friendly and communicative, diligent in fulfilling his duties, respected by both management and staff, actively participating in the life of the team, and enjoying fishing in his free time.
He is survived by his father.
