Mykola Borshch

Mykola was born in the village of Kononivka in the Cherkasy region. In 2022, he joined the railway family, working as a track layer of the 4th category in the Darnytsia track division.

Friends and colleagues knew him as a diligent, honest, and highly skilled worker. As a person, he was kind-hearted, fearless, sincere, and reliable. During his short vacations, he always hurried to his mother, whom he loved unconditionally and cared for deeply.

Mykola volunteered for the Armed Forces of Ukraine on February 23, 2022, a day before the full-scale invasion. He served in the mechanized troops, where he was an example of courage and dedication for his comrades.

Mykola, the track layer, was killed on February 21, 2024, while carrying out a combat mission in the Donetsk direction, defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

Mykola is survived by his mother.
