Mykola SOLYAR
Mykola was born in the city of Dnipropetrovsk. In 2003, he graduated from the Vinnytsia Railway Transport Technical School and began his career on the railway, dedicating 19 years to it. He worked as a 4th class shooter in the Mironivka team of the paramilitary security unit in the Koziatyn paramilitary security detachment.
Colleagues remember Mykola as a qualified specialist whose education added to his authority and trust during the resolution of complex production issues.
From the first day of the full-scale invasion, Mykola served in an assault brigade, where he repeatedly engaged in firefights, destroying the enemy.
Mykola Solyar was killed on October 29, 2022, defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine while carrying out a combat mission in the Donetsk region.
Mykola is survived by his father and son.
The team of the Koziatyn paramilitary security detachment of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" deeply mourns the irreparable loss. His unwavering dedication to defending the country and personal bravery in battle serve as an eternal example for all of us. Eternal memory and honor to our Hero!
