Oleg OPRYSHKO

Oleg Opryshko was born in Stryi, in the Lviv region. After graduating from the Lviv Railway Transport Technical School, he returned to his hometown of Stryi and began working at the station as a train dispatcher.

Oleg was characterized by a strong sense of responsibility for his duties; he was an energetic and diligent worker, earning the respect and authority among his colleagues and friends.

Oleg Opryshko went to war in June 2023, serving in the rifle platoon of the 68th Brigade named after O. Dovbush. He carried out combat missions in the Donetsk region.

Soldier Oleg Opryshko was killed on March 9, 2024, in the vicinity of the settlement of Semenivka in the Pokrovsk district, suffering a fatal mine-explosive injury. This occurred just two days before his 37th birthday.
