Oleksandr Pyantakov
Oleksandr was born in the village of Babenke, Izium district, Kharkiv region. After serving in the army, he began working on the railway and later obtained the profession of a locomotive driver at the Zolotonosha Technical School. He dedicated his entire working life to his beloved profession in a "railway" family, where he worked as a driver of a motor car in the mechanical workshop of the production unit "Izium Track Distance" of the regional branch "Southern Railway" of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia." His work experience on the railway was 29 years and 4 months.
Oleksandr Oleksandrovich Pyantakov was killed on March 19, 2022; his life was tragically cut short due to enemy shelling in the village of Pymonivka, Izium district.
His older brother Viktor remembers him as a person who was very interested in science and technology. Oleksandr was a loving brother and son, adored his nephews, and did not have children of his own.
We express our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones. Oleksandr is survived by three brothers and a sister.
The team of the Izium Track Distance of the regional branch "Southern Railway" of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" is deeply saddened by the tragic death of Oleksandr Pyantakov, who worked diligently on the railway for nearly 30 years. His peaceful life was cut short by enemy shelling in his native Kharkiv region. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his brothers and sister. The memory of a loving son and brother, a devoted railway worker, will live on forever.
