Serhiy Hrytchin

Serhiy was born in the village of Dronivka in the Donetsk region and lived in the city of Krasnyi Lyman. He graduated from the Lyman Vocational Technical School. He worked on the railway in the track service (PCh-3 Lyman) as a 4th category trackman. Colleagues describe Serhiy as a kind, sincere, cheerful, and responsible worker, a professional in his field, and a reliable friend.

31-year-old Serhiy Hrytchyn was killed on May 24, 2022, during an enemy shelling near his home.

Serhiy is survived by his brother.

The team of the track service (PCh-3 Lyman) of the regional branch "Donetsk Railway" of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" mourns this loss. This dedicated trackman and cheerful friend tragically lost his life due to enemy shelling. His kindness and professionalism will forever remain in the hearts of those who worked alongside him.
