Serhiy Sorokin
Serhiy was born in the village of Chervona Polyana in the Kirovohrad region. In 2012, he joined the railway, working as a track layer. He had two years of work experience. Colleagues remember Serhii as a diligent, disciplined, and responsible worker.
On April 19, 2022, Serhiy enlisted in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where he honorably defended the country.
Soldier Serhiy was killed on August 5, 2023, while protecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine during a combat mission in the Zaporizhzhia direction.
Serhiy is survived by his parents, brothers, and sister.
