Viktor NALIVAYKO
Viktor was born in the city of Druzhba (Khutir-Mykhailivskyi) in the Sumy region. He dedicated his life to the railway: since 1995, he worked as a trackman, and in 2021, he became a foreman of current maintenance and repair of tracks and artificial structures of the 5th category in the Khutir-Mykhailivska track section.
Colleagues held Viktor in high regard, remembering him as responsible, meticulous, fair, devoted to his work, and a true leader of the team. By nature, he was sensitive, polite, cheerful, hardworking, and sociable, always ready to help.
On February 17, 2023, Viktor voluntarily joined the State Border Guard Service as part of the 15th Mobile Border Detachment.
Soldier Viktor was killed on October 31, 2023, while performing a combat mission to defend Ukraine near the settlement of Serhiivka in the Svatove district of the Luhansk region.
He is survived by his wife and two sons.
