Viktor ROZHNOV
Viktor Ivanovych was born in the city of Boryspil, Kyiv region. He graduated from the Borydian Professional Technical School. In January 2001, he began working on the railway, to which he dedicated his entire subsequent career. Viktor worked as a crossing guard of the 4th category at the Darnytsia track distance of the regional branch "South-Western Railway." His railway service lasted 24 years.
On February 21, 2025, while performing his official duties, he sustained fatal injuries in the building of the railway crossing guard post at Boryspil station due to debris from an enemy UAV.
Viktor Ivanovych was a disciplined and highly qualified employee. Colleagues knew him as a polite, cheerful, and kind worker, while friends recognized him as a caring husband and loving father.
Viktor Ivanovych is survived by a daughter and a granddaughter. We express our heartfelt condolences to the family.
