Volodymyr Dzyadyk
Volodymyr lived in the village of Honcharivka in the Zolochiv district of Lviv region. He dedicated nearly two decades to working on the railway, serving as a 5th grade locksmith for rolling stock repair at the Lviv-Zakhid locomotive depot. At work, he honed his professional skills, ensuring the proper technical condition of the locomotives.
Volodymyr was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine in April 2023. In the military, he served as an assistant grenade launcher (on an armored personnel carrier) and successfully carried out combat missions, destroying the enemy in the Zaporizhzhia direction.
40-year-old soldier Volodymyr Dzyadyk was killed on August 18, 2023, near the village of Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia.
For his bravery, Volodymyr was posthumously awarded the Order of "For Courage" of the III degree.
