Volodymyr MALYSH

Volodymyr worked as a 5th grade car inspector and repairman at the Passenger Car Depot in Zaporizhzhia-1.

He joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine under contract on July 28, 2020.

30-year-old Volodymyr Malysh was killed on December 25, 2022, while performing a combat mission in Donetsk region.

For his courage and bravery, he was posthumously awarded the Order of "For Courage" of the III degree.

Volodymyr is survived by his wife Iryna and brother Ivan.

The team at the Passenger Car Depot in Zaporizhzhia-1 of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" respectfully honors the memory of their colleague. Our car inspector and repairman, who consciously chose contract service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, has fallen. His courage and dedication to the Motherland were recognized with the Order of "For Courage." His sacrifice is our eternal duty to remember. Eternal memory and glory to the defender!
