Volodymyr PAKHOLCHUK
Volodymyr was born and lived in the village of Ivachkiv in the Rivne region. He worked as a driver of motor vehicles at the Shepetivka locomotive depot.
On October 7, 2020, Volodymyr enlisted in military service under a contract. He served as a driver-mechanic in the repair section of the repair and recovery battalion. Throughout his combat missions, he remained true to his oath.
Private Volodymyr Pakholchuk passed away on October 31, 2022, in a hospital of the State Border Guard Service in Kyiv from injuries sustained while carrying out a combat mission in Kryvyi Rih. He was about to turn 37 in a month.
He was remembered as a disciplined, diligent, and cheerful man, known for his composure. He was respected and held in high regard by his colleagues.
Volodymyr is survived by his daughter, father, and sister.
The team at the Shepetivka Locomotive Depot of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" mourns their colleague. Our driver, who was cheerful and diligent in his work, signed a contract with the Armed Forces even before the full-scale invasion. His loyalty to duty, discipline, and selflessness will remain an example for railway workers. Eternal memory and honor to the defender!
