Vyacheslav HONCHARENKO

Vyacheslav was born and lived with his mother in Artemivsk, Donetsk region. After graduating from the Artemivsk Railway Transport Technical School in 2009, he worked as an electromechanic at the "Ilovaisk Signal and Communication Distance." In 2012, he was transferred as an electromechanic to the "Artemivsk (Bakhmut) Signal and Communication Distance."

During his time at work, he established himself as a diligent, disciplined, and technically proficient employee. In his free time, he was passionate about football and participated in Spartakiads multiple times.

From the first days of the full-scale invasion, Vyacheslav joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Vyacheslav Oleksandrovych was killed on May 17, 2022, during a missile strike in the town of Desna, Chernihiv region.

The team at the Artemivsk (Bakhmut) Signal and Communication Distance of the regional branch "Donetsk Railway" of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" honors the memory of their colleague. This technically skilled electromechanic and active athlete immediately joined the ranks of the Armed Forces. His discipline and dedication to the homeland are an eternal example.
