Yevhen SKOSAR

Yevhen was born in Yesil, Kazakhstan. He dedicated 12 years of his life to the railway, working as a third-class guard in the cargo protection team at the Lozova station (a production unit of the "Kharkiv Detachment of Militarized Guard").

Colleagues remember Yevhen as a diligent, persistent, and responsible worker. He was an honest person with a strong sense of justice, able to articulate his opinions and distinguished by a high level of professional training.

On December 9, 2019, Yevhen was called up for military service under contract.

Soldier Yevhen Skosar was killed on August 2, 2023, while fulfilling his military duty in combat for the integrity of Ukraine. He died while driving a car, carrying out combat missions in the Kramatorsk district of Donetsk region.

Yevhen is survived by his wife Anna and two minor children: son Nazar and daughter Zlata.

The team of the "Kharkiv Detachment of Militarized Guard" of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" mourns the memory of Yevhen Skosar with deep sorrow. His strong sense of justice and readiness to fight will forever be our guiding light. Eternal memory to the Hero!
