Yevheniy VERETIUK

Yevheniy Volodymyrovych Veretyuk was born in the city of Lozova, Kharkiv region. He graduated from the Lozova Vocational Lyceum. In 2020, he began working on the railway as a gas cutter in the manufacturing unit of the "Paniutynskyi Car Repair Plant," a branch of "UZ Vagon-Service" of JSC "Ukrainian Railways." He worked on the railway for 14 years. Colleagues remember him as a disciplined and responsible worker with a great sense of humor.

Yevheniy was called up for military service on February 28, 2023.

Yevheniy died on March 2, 2025, while performing a combat mission during hostilities in the area of the village of Kostiantynivka, Volnovakha district, Donetsk region.

Yevheniy was awarded the medal "For Service to the State."

We express our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. He is survived by his wife and two minor children.
