Yuriy Kryvobok

Yuriy was born in the village of Hanno-Musiyivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region. In 2021, he started working on the railway as a trackman for the Apostolivska track distance. Although he worked there for less than a year, he enjoyed the team and the work on the tracks. Prior to this, he worked as a tractor driver.

Yuriy had military experience—he previously participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO). From the first days of the large-scale invasion by Russia, he did not hesitate to defend his homeland once again. His combat path mirrored that of his friend, foreman Viktor Kalyuta, with whom he was close and went hunting during peacetime.

For some time, Yuriy was considered missing in action.

32-year-old Yuriy Kryvobok was killed on June 10, 2023, during combat near the village of Izbytske in the Kharkiv region.

Yuriy is survived by his wife Olha and two children.
