Yuriy Rodyuk

35-year-old soldier Yuriy Rodyuk, a gunner of a mechanized unit, was killed on October 22, 2023, near the settlement of Kurdyumivka in the Bakhmut district of Donetsk region.

Yuriy was born in the city of Kozyatyn. From October 2008, he worked for 15 years as an electrician repairing electrical equipment at the Kozyatyn locomotive depot. He was a "hard worker" and a master with "golden hands," which was evident in the construction of his own house with his wife. His passion for cars turned into a beloved job.

Colleagues valued Yuriy for his reliability, sincerity, and respect. He never refused to help and was a true friend.

On August 10, 2023, Yuriy was called up for military service. After completing his service in Kozyatyn, he was sent to the Bakhmut direction on October 13, where he fought his last battle.
