Yuriy Yevlashevskyi
Yuriy was born in the city of Nizhyn. He received his education at the Kyiv Technical School of Railway Transport and dedicated over 20 years to the railway. He worked as a conductor of passenger cars at the Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi station's car division.
Yuriy was remembered by everyone as a hardworking and honest person, a loving husband and father. Before his mobilization, he participated in evacuation and military transportation across the entire territory of Ukraine.
On September 19, 2023, Yuriy was released to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
42-year-old soldier Yuriy Yevlashevskyi was killed on November 11, 2023, in the settlement of Maryinka, Donetsk region, while carrying out a combat mission.
He is survived by his wife Tetiana, son Rostyslav, father Anatolii Arsentiiovych, and mother Valentyna Petrivna.
The team of the car division at the Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi station of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" bows its head in deep, sorrowful respect for Yuriy Yevlashevskyi. His dedication to work, courage, and heroic sacrifice will forever be our unbreakable symbol. Glory to the Hero!
